Initial signup: under 3 minutes. Full verification follows and typically completes within a reasonable timeframe.
We contact you personally, walk you through application and onboarding, verify your profile, stay in touch until launch, and activate your account.
Yes. Each skill goes through its own verification.

Everyone starts somewhere. A strong profile, good communication, and competitive pricing will get you your first bookings.
Depends on the service. Some (like nursing or therapy) require credentials; others don't.

Only if you tell them. Your activity on Servi is completely independent.
Yes. Freelancing is legal, and Servi is a marketplace platform arrangement.
Earnings & Payment
You do. Within platform-suggested ranges based on your vertical, experience, and market benchmarks.
Servi takes a commission (disclosed during application). It's waived on the first sessions for our founding freelancers.
Families pay Servi, Servi pays you. Funds sit in escrow, then go to your in-app wallet.
Funds are released 3 days after session completion for new freelancers. Faster once you build a track record.
Payment is secured in escrow before the session starts. If a booking isn't confirmed (i.e. paid), you don't need to show up.
Commission is deducted at source. We recommend staying compliant with local regulations.
Wallet funds are returned. But we're building this to last — Servi is a serious venture with serious people behind it.

Safety & Trust
Yes — that's Servi's responsibility.
You can always leave. Use the in-app safety reporting to flag it in real time.
There will be terms against cancellations to protect your time.
Verified profile, request details, and location area. Full details appear after you confirm.
